The Boundless Kids Strength class focuses on helping kids build a strong foundation of strength, coordination, and body awareness. Through guided strength training and proper technique, kids learn how to move well, develop power, and build the physical foundation that supports sports, activities, and everyday life.
This class emphasizes safe movement, proper form, and progressive strength development so kids can grow stronger while protecting their bodies. Strength training at a young age helps build stronger muscles, denser bones, better posture, and more resilient joints, while also reducing the risk of injury in sports.
In addition to physical strength, we also reinforce confidence, focus, and a growth mindset, helping kids learn that with effort and dedication they can improve and overcome challenges.
Designed for kids ages 8 and up, this class is great for young athletes who want to improve in their sport or for kids who simply want to become stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies.
