Civil Code permits the Association to provide general notices to the membership which are posted online on the Digital Bulletin Board and the Resident Website. Minutes are available to residents once they have been signed by the Board of Directors. Please log in to your resident website to view more.

GPN Board of Directors Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of every odd month at 6:00 p.m. in The Poolhouse at The Pools Park and via Zoom unless otherwise noted. Open Session Board Meetings are open to GPN homeowners. The Next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 23 at 6:00pm at The Poolhouse at The Pools Park (120 Newington) and via Zoom. Facility & Maintenance Updates/Notifications - June 2025

  • 4/16/25 - The Fitness Cube in Pools Park is currently being renovated.

  • 4/21/25 - The Pavilion Pool facility is closed beginning on April 21st for renovations to begin. For more information, please see pavilion-park-pool-renovation-project.

  • 4/29/25 - Please be advised that the barbecue grills at the following parks are currently out of service: The Overlook, Parasol Park, Cadence Park, Novel Park, and The Retreat. Our team is aware of the issue and is actively working to restore them as soon as possible.

  • 5/22/25 – The Pavilion Park fountain is temporarily shut off pending the arrival of parts and completion of necessary repairs. 6/13/25 Repairs have been completed.

  • 6/4/25 – The poured in Play project began at the Parasol Tot Lot.

  • 6/9/25 - The slide at the Retreat playground is currently out of service. Repairs are pending.

  • 6/11/25 - The Retreat pools facility is closed for maintenance. 6/11/25 The Retreat pools are now open and fully operational.

  • 6/11/25 - The Rise pool facility is closed due to maintenance. 6/13/25 Reopened.
