Civil Code permits the Association to provide general notices to the membership which are posted online on the Digital Bulletin Board and the Resident Website. Minutes are available to residents once they have been signed by the Board of Directors. Please log in to your resident website to view more.

GPN Board of Directors Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of every odd month at 6:00 p.m. in The Poolhouse at The Pools Park and via Zoom unless otherwise noted. Open Session Board Meetings are open to GPN homeowners. The Next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 21 at 6:00pm at The Poolhouse at The Pools Park (120 Newington) and via Zoom. Facility & Maintenance Updates/Notifications - April 2025

4/1/25 - The Pools – two spas will be closed on 4/2 for maintenance, and the other spa and wader will be closed on 4/3. Update: 4/16 Proposal for repairs received and are awaiting approval.
4/1/25 - The Cave Spa will be closed 4/2 for maintenance. Update: 4/16 - The Cave spa is reopened.
4/6/25 - The small dog park gate is currently down. Update: 4/9 - The small dog park gate has been repaired and access has been restored.
4/9/25 - The Northeast Pool at The Retreat is closed for maintenance.
4/16/25 - The Fitness Cube in Pools Park is currently being renovated.
4/21/25 - The Pavilion Pool facility is closed beginning on April 21st for renovations to begin. For more information, please see pavilion-park-pool-renovation-project.
4/23/25 - Rise Spa is currently closed for maintenance.
4/25/25 - The gate at Solis Retreat Pool is currently unavailable. Please check back for updates.
4/29/25 - Please be advised that the barbecue grills at the following parks are currently out of service: The Overlook, Parasol Park, Cadence Park, Novel Park, and The Retreat. Our team is aware of the issue and is actively working to restore them as soon as possible.
