Beacon Pool Renovation Project
We’re pleased to share that the Beacon Pool and spa will soon undergo a comprehensive renovation. This project includes a complete replaster of the spa, removal of the current surface, inspecting the shell for any needed repairs, and applying a fresh new plaster finish. These updates will restore the spa’s surface, improve water quality, and significantly extend its lifespan.
While the pool is not yet scheduled for a full replaster, it will receive key enhancements to maintain its longevity and appearance. This includes an acid wash to refresh the interior surface, resetting the coping, and replacing the deck mastic to ensure structural integrity and visual appeal.
These proactive improvements are essential to preserving the overall health of our aquatic facilities. By addressing surface wear, resetting coping, replacing deck mastic, and completing a full spa replaster, the project enhances the safety, functionality, and overall aesthetics of the aquatic facility. Together, these improvements will ensure a cleaner, more comfortable, and visually refreshed environment for all residents and guests to enjoy.
