Our sessions combine fun and easy to follow dance steps, calorie burning moves, muscle conditioning workouts to upbeat music from around the world. You will choose the intensity of your workout and burn calories without even realizing it! You will also improve your balance, coordination and flexibility. Sessions always end with 10-15 minutes of stretching and relaxation. So come join us to let loose, move and get energized! The instructor has a real passion for dance/fitness and has lead classes since 2011.
