The Pools Resort Renovation Project
Pardon our dust! The Pools Resort facility will be undergoing a major renovation beginning September 8, 2026. This exciting project is part of Great Park Neighborhoods' ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving the community's recreational facilities for residents to enjoy.
The renovation will include the replacement of the paver decking throughout the pool deck, replastering of all five bodies of water, fencing repairs, new pool umbrellas, and repainting throughout the facility. These improvements will not only refresh the appearance of the resort but also help preserve the infrastructure, improve the functionality of the facility, and extend the life of this community amenity.
The Pools Resort is scheduled to close on September 8, 2026, and is currently anticipated to reopen by Memorial Day weekend 2027. During construction, residents are encouraged to enjoy the other Great Park Neighborhoods pools and recreation amenities. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these improvements; timelines may be adjusted as the project progresses to ensure the best possible outcome for the community.
